New Zealand Design Assembly

Client: New Zealand Design Assembly

Creatives: N/A

My Role: Art direction, design.

As a side gig I design collateral for the New Zealand Design Assembly.

For this piece, I took a photo from above of the creative department at an advertising agency. The circles represent tables/pods, double circles are joined tables & the sideways tear drop-looking shapes represent people communicating with each other, the half table is someone standing talking. Circular formations are a very big part of New Zealand Māori culture.

One of the main talking points at this conference was about creative design in the advertising industry, so I wrapped it in bubble wrap for its therapeutic value. Because you’ll need it.
